CONFERENCE FACILITIES: 45,000 square feet (4,200 m2) of interior venues, with two ballrooms including the Peninsula Room overlooking the lake, plus unique exterior settings including the BBQ Point and Gazebo.

DINING: Eclipse, Maple Grill & Gathering Place, the Lobby Bar, seasonal outlets like the Lounge at Highlands and Pool Deck, as well as take-away/ delivery in compostable containers for in-room dining. Rory Golden, Certified Chef de Cuisine, who produces maple syrup, honey, herbs and mushrooms, and harvests wild leeks, sumac and edible cat tails on the resort’s grounds.

ENTERTAINMENT: LIVE at Deerhurst currently presents Decades, a pop music revenue of hits from the 1950s to 2010. Now in its 29th year, Deerhurst’s show is Canada’s longest running stage production and once featured Shania Twain.
