The celebrity couple, David and Victoria Beckham, have bought an entire unit spreading across the floor of One Thousand Museum condominium building being designed by Zaha Hadid. The stunning tower is located in Miami. The couple paid around 24 million dollars for the penthouse. The partnership licensing firm of David Beckham, Beckham Brand Limited, bought the unit having an area of approximately 10,000 square feet.
 
The brokers mentioned that throughout the Southern part of Florida, multiple closings are either facing cancellation or are being postponed due to the situation of the global health crisis that the world is suffering from.

It was last year’s summer when David and Victoria Beckham first had a tour of the luxurious condominium project having a tower of 62 storeys.

The retired soccer celebrity, David Beckham, has bigger plans in mind and has set a firm foot this time in Miami.  The star is also an owner of a Major League Soccer team, Inter Miami CF. His partners in the venture include SoftBank's Marcelo Claure and Chairman Jorge Mas. There are talks about Beckham and his partners making negotiations for a deal for the Melreese golf course site that is present near the Miami International Airport. They are planning to convert the site into a massive mixed-use soccer complex instead.

The realtor responsible for handling the sales of One Thousand Museum is One Sotheby’s International Realty. As per a press release that came out, Robert Hite was the main person involved behind the closing.
